School to Work Day
Friday, February 7, 2020
In accordance with the School to Work Opportunities Act, Richland Two has designated Friday, February 7, 2020 as School to Work Day( Job Shadowing Day) for all middle school students. You are invited to participate by taking your child to a work site. Your student’s absence from school on February 7, 2020 will be excused if the required form (attached) is completed one week prior to the shadowing day. If your student wishes to request a placement at a Richland Two elementary school, please fill out both forms and you will be notified by January 24, 2020 of your students request status via email by the elementary school representative. Hard copies of the form are available upon request. If you have multiple students here at Summit, please fill the form out for each student.
