As promised, R2i2 Instructors are offering Summer Camps this year! Two of them are for middle school students only, and will be offered June 5-8 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The cost is $35 for either camp. This is on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis, so I'm hopeful you will all see this and send it out quickly.
Ms. Robin Jones, our Managerial Accounting/Corporate Finance Instructor is offering "The Game of Life", where students will learn about personal finance through hands-on simulations and games. Mrs. Kirstin Bullington, who instructs our Next Energy & Fuel Cell Engineering course, is offering a "Green Energy Engineering" camp, where students will work with solar, water, and wind energy in our brand new NEXT Energy Lab!
Attached is a flyer with descriptions of each camp, and a link to a Google Form for each camp. We ask that students only sign up for ONE of the camps. Space is limited, so we will use the time stamp on the Google Forms to determine who is in the camp, as well as to order the waiting list. If payment for the camp is not received (through fees on Parent Portal) by Monday, May 22nd, we will open it up to the waiting list.
