Moore Orthopedics Clinic Middle School Sports Physical Day

Moore Orthopedics Clinic is hosting a Middle School/High School physical day on Saturday, April 18th at the Providence Northeast Hospital.  The event starts at 10:00 AM.
For a Sports Physical reservation, send $10 to Mrs. Calvernetta Brown, our Athletic Director.  All monies need to be paid in advance to ensure you have a reservation.  The deadline is this Friday, April 17th.
